If the FAQs weren’t helpful to you, please fill out a ticket below. We aim to respond within 24-48 hours, however it may take longer if we’re busy. Submitting multiple tickets will only delay our response as it puts you at the back of the queue. Thank you.

This is our old support ticket system. Please only use it to reply to or view old tickets. We will continue to reply to tickets on this system until all are closed. You will be able to view old tickets until 31st January 2020. After that, you will need to use our new support ticket system. Thank you.

As of 16 March 2020, we will not be processing any orders for the foreseeable future due to us working from home because of the coronavirus pandemic. All support queries will still be answered. Orders can still be placed but they will not be shipped until we return to our office.
